Is there a zgemma device with fibre optic output for sound?.

My zgemma h11s does not have a fibre optic sound port (currently used by my surround sound via sky box), but it does of course have an hdmi port, and I was by wondering if there was some kind of splitter that takes hdmi splits the video and outputs hdmi and also outputs sound through a fibre port for my surround sound system.
Failing that, is there a similar device that has built in fibre port and supports IPTV as well?.

Getting cheaper making these boxes with only a HDMI port

Not sure if you would have to have a good quality hdmi lead going to your amp imput to get your sound.
