Three are offering 14 day returns cooling period test it with them use it for 10 days then return it to see if the issue is with Vodafone that way you know if the problem is with IPTV or broadband

I'm with Vodafone and I can tell you they did throttle my line on the weekend but with boxing it works without freezing

Who do you have your phone contract with ? If not Vodaphomne , try tethering to the phone when you are having issues ?
