Hi all, just got in and lost all channels. It was fine a few hours ago. Tried autobouquet, but have error message 'failed to tune virgin on tuner c'. All the tuner configuration looks ok, Internet check is fine?
Any ideas guys before it goes in the bin!

Provider shows Virgin uk, so ok, still get error message?

Had this myself
Pretty sure had to delete and plugin reinstall latest plugin
And reboot box
Might be different fault as I didn’t lose Chanels just same error code and never updating daily as should do

As mentioned in the other thread, no point updating if your region has not been updated in ABM.
What is your NetID? Number not name please.
Which receiver do you have?
Does tuner C have a signal wire attached?

If it's a H5.2S it doesn't have a cable tuner.
