Somebody else posted working details for 00015. Try updating the provider file in the ABM menu . Then run ABM again

Thanks to those who genuinely wanted to help, everything back working. I refreshed the ABM and changed providers as somehow it had selected Astra whilst on standby? Then re-selected Virgin in favourites. Hope this helps future users.
