Hi all other channels working but not itv 1 granada hd on h7s wooshbuild
Tried reloading epg
Typed in 103 channel still black screen
Tried reboot
Still black screen
All other channels ok
Any ideas please anyone?

I'm not sure regional channels clear in HD

Right just tried it on astra 363 channels found all itv hd channels found but not showing when I select in epg just black screen

Ok get itv 1 hd programme plays but not itv granada in epg

a quick update, thanks for all your help and suggestions guys, engineer just been was a faulty LNB (10 years old) so the box was only showing cable feeds coz it couldnt find sat feeds. All flashed and now ok back to normal
