Just bought a Skybox F3

i just bought a skybox f3 not many channels on where i bought it said to be careful you might brick it now im scared of touching the wrong buttons can anyone pls help what do i need to get this box operational any help would be grateful
 
you can only brick it doing bad flashes(software and channel list updates). i have known people to brick them also doing blind channel scans but this is rare. if you want a full channel list already prepared you can find one at AJsat.co.uk updated regularly
