Keep diconnecting from tuner (b) on cable after restart

Everytime i restart my box, tuner (a) for sat channels work fine but tuner (b) cable channels have no signal.

It says on my screen that timeshift is not possible or tuner failed on the cable channels.

Please can someone help me on why this is happening?

Right lets start with where you have the cable cable plugged into.
It should be in the top left tuner port


Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Tuner Congifuration > Tuner B
Have them settings if you have vm feed & put your net ID in the "Network ID" bit.

Look at the cactikid cable netid list http://www.techkings.org/general-cable-tv/65862-cable-netids.html

Make sure your net ID is correct.

Head over to autobouquets. menu > setup > Service Searching > autobouquetsmaker >providers
Choose your area code to match the netID you put in the tuner config & have the settings below the same

Then start scan. Should sort it all out
