Was gonna set her up with iptv from my provider, just add it to my sub, but she is happy with her freeview, ,but going back to the original post , it was to find out why a lot of add ons dont work on 19.1 kodi matrix, didnt know why it was, but now I know they will work with an older version, maybe 18.8 or 18.9, which I will try tomorrow, thanks to everyone for their suggestions, appreciate the help.
Issue sorted, downgraded to 18.9 and got plenty of add ons installed, good to go.
