i bought a kryptview 780 but the menu is buggy, its almost impossible to select anything because its jumping up and down randomly on different settings,. even when trying to select a sever its clicking on random servers its hard to tell what i have selected and when i try to scan for channels it doesn't search for anything. i have another box in a different room so i know how to flash it and its all the latest firmware. does anyone know whats up with it?>
 
when i first got the box before i flashed it i plugged it in just to see if it was working and it was jumpy then too, so i flashed it thinking it would sort it out but it didnt. i've tried my other box in the tv using the same cables and it worked perfectly so i know its not the scart, ethernet wire or live fiber optic cable.

try removing the batteries from the remote and see if it still does it. if it stops try using the remote from your other box.
 
tried that but it still does it, also doesnt search for channels i've arranged for it to be send back and looked at.
