can anyone please tell me if theres a new firmware out for the kryptview a750 cos all my channels are down,any help would be appreciated many thanks

what do you mean all channels as that points to a vm breakdown,what firmware is on your box it should be a date.

tried updating using remote but it doesn't download anyhting

it could be internet related meaning your box modem and router may need powering off for 30 secs then on and give it a min,how many lights are on the iconn as that may need switching off/on a few times to connect.you missed a firmware 02122011

Ya you missed the update for the iconn that also needs to be updated manually so you will need to find the firmware for that now as well.

its so important to regularly check forums of an update for boxes as without it you have a blank screen.
