Its because its gold plated..!! Now if it was solid 24k gold and your box was overhauled by "Tiffany" then yes..you will still get "scrambled or no video".. only joking..as jodav says start at the beginning and see how you go..

All good bro.. just a quick question..have you been getting alot more scrambled or no vid as tried to watch oceans 13 for the millionth time..( i want a gilroy..!) but had to turn off and play Black Ops as it was constant..then find PS3 network down..! Bloody marvellous

Had a lot about a week or so ago bud, done a factory reset and also found I had an S\W update awaiting me. All was better afterwards. I have not give the box too much stick lately and so do not know how all channels like movies etc are performing.

Guys you have been told lots of times areas have changed before and since the switch over, so to make sure you have your correct NET ID for your box you have to get it from your subbed box, that is the only way to make sure 100% you have your correct one, guessing and picking one that used to be for you might have been changed so you will suffer missing channels and glitching as you will not be getting your correct signal.

Only paying for a BB feed is also a common effect of glitching as vermin have been reducing signals for BB customers only.
