KV HD channels down

After a couple of weeks of seamless HD it seems to be down (Wirral area), Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the new KV HD box?. Signal quality / Strength is very good and I have re-scanned. All other non HD channels working well

I have also checked on an old A750 to see if the HD is present (it has been for a few weeks now) although it will of course not be viewable and instead of a very distorted pic it is just showing scrambled or no video,

Server switch over? Any info appreciated

Both boxes are on different se33v3r3 so looking at the HD on the 750 or the 780 and it saying scrambled or no video would be correct, as for the hd channels they are aware that some of them are off and are in the process of rectifying the problem.
