The grand jury has handed down indictments against the man accused in the deadly shooting and crash on the Las Vegas Strip in February.
The jury indicted Ammar Harris on several counts, including murder with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, and discharging a firearm at or into a vehicle.
Harris is accused of shooting and killing Kenneth Cherry who was driving a Maserati down the Strip early February 21.
Cherry's car then sped through the intersection of Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard, smashing into a cab and killing driver Michael Bolden and passenger Sandra Sutton.
The grand jury also indicted him connection with an unrelated sexual assault and robbery that happened in 2010.
