Latest Channel List missing a Channel i am looking for.....

So i am looking for the channel "UMP MOVIES", it is an International Channel, i used to have before.

Since i upgraded the channels list with the one from this forum, its not showing up at all.

Please can you tell me how i can add it?

Also Is there a way for me to re-order the FAV header lists, so that i can have International channels section at the top of the list?
