lewi - R4 card problem

I bought an R4 card for my DS, downloaded games on to it, they were working fine for a couple of weeks, all of a sudden turned it on and it displayed the message no data on card, and it wont let me install anything new on it! can you let me know if you have an answer to this problem.

Lewi,is the sd card showing anything on it when you put it into the pc,you may have to back up your games folder and format the card,put the latest firmware on it specific to your card and put your games back on,let me know how you get on once you try that
