And your line is shared with 1000's of users and booom your line is gone and your provider will not give you a refund or a new line as your "shared" lol
There are other sites like that and thats how so many lines get on the net, if you are concerned your line has gone down then wait for your provider to answer, a decent line provider will answer very quickly also do some checks yourself of your equipment to make sure its not at your end either. If you think you are getting BS from your provider ask a member who you trust or is trusted to check your line on there box and report back, its safer :)
