Cable line freezing

Hi brought another box of a person fitted with 2 lines on virgin media all installed just had to set my net id and provider all done everything working !! but im getting freezing on lots of channels not just hd and for some reson it wont tune chan 4 hd it shows everything working. spoke to person and he said everything working his end also lots of plus 1 channels take a age to come on. do you think i been had by a reseller of lines or do you think its something else.
the other box i had sold to a mate with new line and his all seems fine.
running woosbuild all updates done

try running updates for abm config files and rescan

Did you go into ABM and update provider files, then do a re-scan, if you did, then you could try a test line and then you will know if it is your line or not,

yes provider file was up to date but did it then scanned

if its taking ages for the channels to come on, sounds like the lines are from a re-seller. they always say "all fine from my end."

Best thing to do would be to try a test and if it works, then it might be time for a new provider.
