Lines not workings

Hi all,
I have just got 2 lines i order last few week as old ones was up. Now is there anyway i can check these are active as they not working on my zegemma 2s or my mothers skybox f5. Yet i have one still going even thou it should of been turned off by now and this works.. so i am doing it correctly. Just need to know if anyway i can test these line are on or offline at the moment!

what connections are they N or C ? If they don't work on any the boxes contact the provider and inform him of your issues, might be an issue their end..
 
I think if both your connections have been entered correctly to the boxes and they aint online that's all you can do is wait until the provider gets back to you. Or you get set up with someone else in the meantime and ask for a refund
 
Issue resolved and lines replaced by provider as soon as he was made aware of the problem.
