Ok so my dish dropped and I lost all picture non of the channels are there just black screen no message for no signal either but I've read aligned the dish and I've got signal intensity 90% and quality of 65% the set up screen showing sky UK 28a ... universal 9750-10600 and transponder 19/137 11096 v 22875 then it's got disable and disable for the diseqc1.0 ... 1.1 motor type off I'm in Kent ashford any help would be great
