Loading bar

Hello , can anybody help? Like lots of other people my mag box went down with the closusre of Xtreme, and have since been contacted by my server informing me of a part service with a new portal address, this starts to set up with all the right connections until it gets to the yellow loading bar which freezes with about 1mm to the end!! I would be grateful of any suggestions to try to resolve this problem. Unfortunatly my servers website is down so cannot contact to try to get up and running. Kind regards. pat at.

what app are you using my z8 was the same would not load a new portal with mytvonline2 but works fine with stbemu pro

ok, i presume you are using stb emulator. best bet is to load the portal address into a pc browser. if you get you are blocked then its probably your box. just try it.
