Loading XE Downloader to the plugins

Hi All,
Recently purchased an H17 Combo to replace a failed H2s.

The H17 is currently loaded with the VIX image 6.8 (002 release), however im requiring to load XE Downloader to the plugins so that my provider can use to load epg.
For the life of me i cant find any way of loading this through plugins, is there an image via USB i can re-flash with that has this plugin available or prepopulated?

Is it possible you can say the actual version number of image instead of "latest" as that is ambiguous.People can then advise on how to install a compatible version of that plugin if it's possible.

Apologies, thought I'd added the image version but seemingly didn't.

I have amended the original post now, so hopefully will be able to be advised if someone can.
