Local channels??

Hi everyone, I'm completely new to iptv (ever since sly went off).
I now have a paid iptv sum on my Zgemma h2s. Great, all working fine, even the epg works is good. What i want to know though, is it possible to get local tv channels??? I'm in the south of england and my local itv station is Meridian. The local station i m getting is Tynn Tees.
Does anyone know if it's possible to change the station to my local one?
Not really techy with all this stuff so apologies if i'm being stupid and asking the impossible

I can still get my local channel through the fta ones on sly but to get there i have to scroll through 4 pages on the epg to get to the old sly epg. I know, i'm just being lazy but it would be nice to have it closer to the main iptv channels

Why not set it up like that?
 
I already have an iptv sub. don't really want to lost the money on that one then turn to another supplier.
Is it possible to re arrange the channel list so that i can move my local station to the iptv rather than having to scroll through all the pages to get there. Alternativly, can i add my local tv station to my iptv?? As i mentioned before, all this iptv stuff is new to me so i don't know what can be done with it
