Logs crash query

Anytime as far as i know when i reflash a receiver and setup from scratch i make sure to run logs as active but on 2 boxes they were not??
Both boxes crashed and went to check logs and nothing there ??
Can logs change to off as in never set up?
Both boxes have now got them enabled

As far as I know, ATV has logging enabled by default.
You use VIX so no idea about that configuration maybe @Willo3092 could she'd some light?

If they crashed a log should be created. I don't think there's an option to disable crash log just debug logs

debug logs need to be enabled, crash logs don't.

Ahh grand as i have found a debug log on h7s and lists date of issue.

Hmm no zero found on network lol
