Losing channels on skybox

why do we occasionally lose some channels
i have lost all nick jrs and cant find them on a rescan
do i need a new channel list installed

if channels move a rescan will pick them up,bookmark kingofsats as they do all the sats info,if a tp goes down you will get a scrambled message.

just to add some channels go to the cemetery=dead=finished broadcasting.
