lost channels on box

i have lost few channels now it v and channel fou r any news ???help pls

yeah i have not on list i have got es*n back on and dis cov channel but scan hasnt picked up it* and chnnel 4

Try a factory reset. If this doesnt work then more than likely your area is switching to nagra 3

Menu > Factory Setting
pin is 0000
Ok to delete

English > installation
choose provider
Auto scan > ok
Channels found - Exit
http://www.blasteroids.com/games/details.cfm/exit
Menu > 1570
Turn key code on
Exit exit exit.

i have tried that my freind worked to get esp* and disck cov channels bck just when rescanned no it v and ch4 ???? all other channel fine strainge

If you know anyone in your area who has a box, ask them are they losing the same channels.

Could be a cable co. problem, but I doubt it.

few people have lost same diskcov and esp n but i havnt flashed and re-scanned theirs yet did my own 1st
