Lost my channels I'm told it due to turning box off at plug along with with router. Ip address has changed not sure if this makes any odds, how do I get the channels back, PLEASE
that shouldnt matter as it isn't breaching server rules only breaking rules if line is being used in two different ip addresses at same time. press blue on remote see if you see softcam manager go to that or softcam panel then if using mgcamd press green to restart.
