lost channles

Hi all im after abit of help. ive updated my zgemma 2s box lastnite and lost all my channles. any idea on how I can get these back please.

im I in the wrong forum here then mate. ive got a zgemma-star h1 box on vm. not a h2s sorry for the wrong info.

update provider files and then do a scan

its scans then stops and says timeout for tuner lock. not a clue what this means.
