lost FTA Channels

just set up Zgemma H.2S today and have done so before, problem is I've lost several FTA Channels i.e. Channel 5HD, STV Glasgow, ITV2 HD, ITV3HD, etc I've got The main Channels bbc1 up to channel 4 working, any ideas where I've went wrong ?

have you got channel swap to yes in providers

what image? using autobouquet maker?

here are my settings apart from you may want channel swap yes menu, setup, service searching, autobouquetsmarker, providers

Hi tried Scotland east and west in autoBouquet

straight from reflash those channels are still missing ......Stumped

changed channel swap to no and got all channels except STV Glasgow and Edinburgh

are you choosing your area custom?

update if i change swap to no i get itv 2, 3 and 4 but standard def .....ive got another box running and copied exact bouquet settings to no avail

Have to apologise guys, I'm a complete idiot, have found out that the aforementioned channels will not work until a cline is put in place.
