Lost of cable channels on Zgemma stalker

Hi, Noob here so be gentle.

I run a Zgemma H9 box. I have IPTV, Freesat and a vermin line. Box has been running fine
Today lost sound on a cable channel and changing channel etc did nothing.
Rebooted and decided to do a channel scan while I was in settings.

Now cable channels dont work properly. Have the following error message popping up.




channels on EPG dont show proper names, just <N/A>and screen is black on cable channels
Probably something obvious but dont want to mess in settings I dont know well.

have you updated provider files in autobouquetsmaker and performed a scan?

Thanks! Had a feeling it was something simple but didnt want to start messing in settings hat might have complicated things further.
As an aside I note the new forum set up has lost previous PMs.
Now I cant recall who my line provider was for when it comes time to renew. Doh!
