lovely chat with N0W TV person
I had a great chat with the N0W TV live chat person, didnt understand what i was on about, and didnt even know SLY owns N0W TV, read all below

Me: hi, why is there a fibre set up fee when i already have fibre setup?
Rishabh D: This is the fees for our fibre set up.
Rishabh D: Also set up fee includes a new smart N0W TV Box, N0W TV hub also installation of the devices.
Me: in my package i put together im being charged seperatly for the hub, £30 for the hub and £60 for fibre setup, thats £90 total. Im currently with sly and switching over to you for the saving of £5 a month is lost by the fact i have to pay £90 in setup fees
Rishabh D: Set up fee is the one time fee.
Me: yes i understand that, but over 12 months i would have saved £60 from sly, but paid £90 setup fees, so technically would be £30 worse off even after 12 months

Me: ok, im currently paying £35 a month with sly, i can get the same deal with you for £30 so saving £5
Me: after 12 months thats a £60 saving
Me: but i have to pay £90
Me: so would of lost £30 switching
Rishabh D: I suggest you to take contract broadband if you take contract broadband you'll have to pay £30 as set up fee.
Me: i still would not have saved any money
Me: i dont understand a fee for fibre setup when its setup already, and sly owns n0wtv so not really any change
Rishabh D: Sly doesn't own N0W TV, N0W TV and sly are 2 different services.
Me: N0w TV (stylised as N0W TV) is an internet television service owned by Sly plc.
Rishabh D: N0W TV broadband is altogether a different services our TV services are powered by Sly.
Me: SlY PLC own N0W TV, thats fact
