hi after a bit of help had a lx 800 box for a while ben working very good had to put new url in today from suppler but now can only get vod and series no live tv email the suppler and he has said its all good his end ive factory reset the box tried with vpn on and off still the same regards mark
 
On the LX 800 make sure the URL is typed correctly because that device adds a space without your knowledge after you type the "." Period symbol. Make sure there are no spaces

Been another member having problems with these and tried various suppliers and sent them back.
 
Seen this. I'm not sure if there's any later firmware. You might be able to online update

AMIKO_LX800_2.0.7.4_UK.bin

Update release includes:
- Update MyTV for connections issues with new XUI panel

Simple USB firmware update instructions:
1) Download above .bin firmware file and place in root of USB stick formatted as FAT32
2) With LX800 turned on and booted up place USB stick into LX800 and wait few seconds for USB device to be recognised
3) In menu on LX800 go to SETTINGS > USB Upgrade > File Patch > OK > Highlight .bin file > OK > Start > OK

Firmware upgrade will begin and STB will reboot once complete

Firmware can be download from here:

Edit seen this

1) With LX800 turned on, booted up and connected to Internet in menu go to SETTINGS > Net Upgrade > Start > OK
2) When asked if you are sure to upgrade to new version choose OK

@AmikoUK maybe able to list latest firmware on another thread or in recourses

Should always check for updates on the box whether in beta mode or not.
If that didn’t work which it has you could’ve just got your provider to change your old sub to the trial one

This worked for me.
Is there a similar fix for the Amiko A6
