Mag 254 problems

Been having trouble with my mag 254 over the last day or so. Whe powering in it goes through the infomir loading screen then onto the loading portal screen. But from there it seems to cut out and the screen goes black. Has this happened to anyone else, any advice people can give me?
 
Do you have an android phone?
If so download stb emu pro onto your phone enter your portal in stalker settings, then change the mav address in stb configuration on your phone to the same as your mag box completely power mag box off and see if you have same problem on your phone
 
I'll give that a try Baz. A friend is having the same problem and we're with different ISPs. Is anyone else having problems with their mab box?
 
I don't use a mag box could be your provider been blocked mate take it your mate with same provider?
 
Other people using android boxes or firesticks are still working with the provider so I don't think it's that. Just happened over the last few days

follow Baz's advice. this will tell you if it's the box or server at fault. Also, copy/paste the server address in your browser see if you get it to load. If not take the port out and double dash and try that like example
