Just took delivery of the above..

Some advice please.

Started up the box. And the home screen with all the boxes looks extremely blurred. Is this normal?

I don't want to proceed with anything until I find this is normal / it clears after updating etc.

Shouldn't be blurry as such but I no what you mean.
Once you give your Mac address to your provider you never see the inner portal really anyway.
Once you have a server and start box it goes to the servers portal and that's clear. Can you upload a pic??

Prob need to set the screen resolousion

Unplug power from the box,then hold the menu button(7th button down on left side of remote)and plug power back in and u should have the bios screen.change resolution to auto,save and exit.
