Mag 256/256w1 issue

I have a 256w1 and get no video on live tv or video club, all menus, epg etc are present but just black screen. I know the service is 100% as friends and family are currently watching it fine.
I have upgraded the FW and still the same.
Anyone any ideas

internet all connected okay? try rebooring router box ect
