MAG 256 WiFi speed

I’m using a MAG 256 and occasionally get pauses when watching the football or films in the video section. I have virgin media with a 200+ Mbps connection so the problem isn’t there. I’ve tried using it on WiFi and wired and the result is the same. When I do a speed test from the inner portal the speeds are much lower than other devices on my network. Any ideas why? Or what I can do to improve it?

The speed is lower on the box because that is the speed you are connecting to your suppliers server to get the true speed of your connection to your suppliers server go to the stalker portal then settings then network and do speed test in there, you could also ask supplier if you are on the nearest server to you if they have more than and you are not on nearest server you can request they change you to that, I pressume when you speed test other devices in your house you are not testing them to an iptv server
