Mag 256

My Mag 256 boxw2 recently performed an auto-update. Since then the sound on the tv is much lower than before. I have tried to put an image update on my sandisk usb stick to downgrade, but get either a message saying the image file cannot be found, or that there is an internal error. Are there any other ways of fixing this problem? Thanks

There is a thread on forum to do with mags been blocked and Did have a no block firmware maybe some use to you or have you low level formatted usb before trying it or reflash or have a look here Index of /mag

Try different usb stick,2 gig preferred.
