Mag 322 connection error 0

Newbie
So after moving to a MAG 322 w1 and VPN router after issues with my Smart IPTV app... I've hit another bump in the road.

I have connected to VPN router and speed test show 18mb, and using the internet app with no issues.

When I try to connect to portal I have this screen constantly...

...and it can be like this for as long as I leave it.

ANy advice on trouble shooting this issue? my searches haven't turned anything up.

Thanks - unfortunately still the same issue.

I did change the MAC address to the wireless MAC, or should Inhave kept it the MAC on the bottom of the box regardless of connection?

The mac address on the bottom of the box as that is the one you would have given your provider.

I’ll get another test and use the Mac on the box.

With Smart IPTV I had to use Wi-fi/ wireless Mac so think that’s where I’ve got more wires crossed.
 
I am currently testing a different service and so far all good!

Weight if my mind as I could not figure out why it wasn’t working!
