Mag 322 freezing

my mag 322 keeps freezing when I change the channel and is unresponsive.

Does anybody have any fixes?

Have you restarted router and checked batteries in remote.

I seem to have the same issue plus when sorting the channels to favourites I can star them but as soon as I go on the next page it gone back to how it was before I don’t know what firmware is on it

look at device info to know the firmware installed..

Brand new box.

It is a known issue since firmware upgraded in Dec 2018 and again Jan 2019.

Infomir have yet to address the issue and release working update that works without the freezing issue!

I have had a number of MAG 322 That crash randomly (Just go to Black Screen) and you have to pull the power to reboot the box

On a few boxes pressing the 3 bar button on the remote to enter the system recovery menu and then perform a default settings a couple of times then restarting the box seems to fix the problem for some boxes

Also RC1 transitional image has fixed the majority of boxes that I have had that were going to black screen problem
