Mag 322 newbie

I have iptv smarters which works fine

I bought mag 322 and added Url to correct place. When I reboot I'm Stuck on a black screen

Help.

Probably either your internet provider blocking so u may need VPN or infomir (the mag box manufacturer) blocking that specific URL u were given by your provider.

It's not the blocking as my grandad has it on his and works fine?? Weird? How do I add VPN to box?

On mag box u cannot u need an external VPN y
U Can only add VPN app on hybrid boxes like formuler or buzztv or Xsarius or smy Android boxes.
Who is your internet provider?

If your iprv is running fine on smarters it can't be blocked
Is your iprv multiroom?
If not you can't use it on two devices at the same time

Which works fine

But my box is just mag 322. Are they blocking the newer boxes

If you are using the same Iptv provider then no they don't block one box and leave the other.

Mags take mac address not username and password not too familiar with mag322 is it android based?

No just the portal url and must end with "/c"

Smarters is username and password so the mags mac won't be on providers panel unless he has mac sub aswell. Unless I'm not reading the post correctly

I should of bought a older version of mag box I think and not a new one. What is the best box for future reference so I don't make same mistake again please
