Format a USB Stick to FAT32.

Create a folder on Usb.

The folder must be labeled mag322
In the mag322 folder place imageupdate file you downloaded.

Unplug the power from the
322 for 5 seconds.

Plug in your USB Key at the back
of 322.

Press and hold the menu key on the remote.

Then plug the power back in
while still keeping hold of the menu button on the remote.

When the BIOS screen shows up navigate to Update.

Chose the Update by USB option and click Yes.

The update will take few minutes

maybe the solution is to install the oldest original firm and then try with this one patched?

I've got similar issues. I've managed to do flash using a noblock firmware but all I then get is a black screen when it reboots (after the infomir page). If I try the latest firmware from infomir, I get the unsupported architecture message when trying to flash.

I am only getting these issues on the mag322w1 boxes with the sp/dif audio output on the back. The 322's that I have that don't have the sp/dif flash ok using the same usb stick and firmware. I'm confused
