mag 322 - stb is blocked message

Hey guys. Mag box 322. Got the "your stb is blocked call the provider" message back in March. Flashed with the no-block firmware and everything was fine. Turned it on a couple of days ago and it's blocked again, same message. Tried re-flashing with the no block but no luck. Any ideas?
 
Contact your provider has your sub expired gave router and box a reboot has mac address changed loading right portal that message has nothing to do with informer blocking portals that's down to you and provider if portal blocked it comes up with copyright infringement warning
 
Thanks for that. Sub good til end of year, rebooted box and and router. Sent a message to provider, still waiting on a reply....
 
Ok mate on screen does say like call provider something else and something else on bottom you could always get a testline to see if still does same
 
That dosnt mean anything to do with informer how is your box setup is it mag box is it running on wifi or hard wires
