Hi all,
Wanting a bit of help please.just set up a mag 420 for a m8. Updated the firmware to latest firmware input the settings and my providers url.problem is when box boots up i get the start up screens then the loading portal then instead of getting the blue STB IS BLOCKED CONTACT YOUR PROVIDER SCREEN until your sub is active all i get is a dark screen,not black but like a backlit screen.
I am connected through a vpn router which is good and getting 20 plus mbps speedtest on my zgemma and i checked with my sub provider and server all good with the 420.i checked his url is correct.Any ideas please.
