Mag 520 new realase

Guys having some trouble with my new 520. Portal won't work..... says STB not supported. I think it could be my suppliers setup not up to date, or its the copyright from infomir

Any ideas?

Haven't seen an option to tick/untick minastra, where could I locate it please?

Sure it's in portal settings I will drop a mate a pm as he has one.
try taking the port number out of dns and just use /c on end mate

Turns out a supplier i found tweeked the his setup and it worked, I didn't do anything my end. Took him like 30 mins

Provider just may need to add it on settings and supported devices.

You could try xtream editor with username and password and use mag connection https://xtream-editor.com/en/tutorials/standard_mag

Providers are moving away from mag boxes.
If you find someone to supply a line for one just take short subs as a year one won't last even if they assure you it will, it won't

What box would you recommend instead as have an old Mag 256 and it has been fantastic.Plugged my brand new 520 and get menus times but will not play anything.My ISP is Slybb

If it works on the old box, just use that, or has the provider swapped your sub into new Mac address?

Think I got mag520 last april. had to try a few trials even my old provider didnt support,nonw worked, but i got a provider on here, works 100%. fhd etc all word perfect,
id say even the front end on the 520 is way brighter than the 256, if you pm me will find id
