Hi there I have a mag 522v2 w3, I have 2 portals running, one of them works but the other comes up with your STB is not supported, any idea how to fix this?

Contact your provider sounds like the sub has expired.

Its either sub is not working or box is not getting a connection to the broadband but as portal 1 is working that is not the issue. Contact your provider should be first port of call and they should be able to help. I hate mag boxes personally

Not all providers support the ministra portal you can untick it in settings I think on mag box

Not your Mac address but the mag type to panel. Depending on the panel this can be done via settings or editing the PHP files.

That's just guess work though so it might be better speaking to provider.

Did you try @bazcfc1 suggestion?
