Try connecting to which ip?

IP of STB. Go to System Settings, then Network Info, then Wi-Fi. Here you have your IP address of Wi-Fi dongle. To this address connect by PuTTY, leave port 22. When it asks "login as:" type root, and password is 930920.

Hi guys needing my mag box 256 repaired .. Anyone know of any body ? Could fix it think everything just needs updated .. loads informir screen then just goes blue screen ..

Can't you access menu settings to run an update or go on informers website maybe some firmware there for your box

did you not get the box from WOS? 2yr warranty?

Have you tried removing usb once flashed or try the no block firmware on forum

Have you tried going to the BIOS screen and changing the boot option to NAND2 or NAND1?
