I have been watching my iptv through portal 1 since I got the box 5 weeks ago , everything was fine till yesterday when the box rebooted itself now the portal wont load , my provider says nothing has changed at there side & have checked my mac is not blocked , any ideas ?

its hard wired running at 29mbps , have restarted router as well , thanks anyway

yeh updated twice new version 2.20.03-256 , just had a piece of advice that any providers url with a c at the end might not play
ie: http://xxxxxxxx-xxxx.xxx:4545/c , can anyone assist with a test line without the c ?

It should also have a slash at the end, like /c/
Anyway that should not be the problem if it was working for a while then changing nothing it stopped working.
Have you rebooted your router?
Who is your ISP, have you disabled their filters, shields online on your account?

done everything you have said , I have been through everything I can think of still wont load the portal.
my isp is ee with unlimited usage so no problems there either.

Hi guys
everything sorted , nowt wrong with the box or supplier , faulty network adaptor was locked on to the router and
blocking anything coming through , must have restarted the router about a dozen times and each time it locked on, thanks
for your assistance
