MAG322 No Video Only Audio

Hey All - Need some help here, we had a power outage and when the power came back my MAG322w1 has Audio but no video. The channel loads, the portal loads, I can see everything except the channel video. Can someone help me out please?

Unplug the router.
Wait five minutes then reboot it, do the same with the mag box then try it again.
Flicking the switch off and on is no good, power it completely off for five minutes

Reload the portal a few times a mate of mine had same issue yesterday and reboot box a few times

I tried this, the same issue is still present. I've also rebooted over 10 times and no luck.

could try changing the player in settings?

I cycled the TV power by unplugging the cable and it works now.

a lot do not realise they can change the player not one works for all you do have to change depending on some video formats.
