Hi mag 322 works perfect for me , it load in friends house show programme channels won't open no pictures or sound ,take back works perfec for me

Remove filters such as sky shield, web safe etc and also ask provider to reset the stb lock in case its locked to you IP. Once your provider resets the lock - don;t connect it at yours as it locks to the first IP it connects to.

most isps dont use static ips so dont think that would fix tbf ,just my opinion like ,but could your'e mate be on an isp that could be blocked by the providor ?

Vodafone are main culprits for throttling at peak times when trying at a friends house is it on WiFi or ethanet???
