Mag-256 Magbox 256 - Corrupt bootloader

Hi all

Screen goes blue upon startup just past the menu as its loading IP address. Trying to upload a new bootloader but I only have the option to upload using DHCP.

Any ideas on how I can get around and do the Upgrade via USB option. Seems to be missing. 2.20.05-256 is the image version

Any help would be fab...driving me insane at the moment

have a look there pal i had to access the system recovery menu to put a no block firmware on

Thanks already been in there...i updated the firmware fine but its the actual bootloader thats corrupt. unfortunatly i only have upgrade via DHCP and not usb like the 250 models prior to the 256. God knows why they would remove that feature.

Power off (unplug the power supply) STB.Push and hold Menu button on RC (it should be directed straight to STB).Still holdering Menu button power STB on (plug in power supply).Wait for (~10 seconds) System Recovery Utility menu.Release Menu button.
So there is no ugrade by usb menu when you do that?

Upgrade software only upgrades the image not the bootloader which is corrupt

have a read through there pal,would reseting the box back to factory settings not fix the boot problem,then changeing where the box boots from is that nand or nand 2
