MagicRemote from ios or android not operating

I discover that the " infomir magicremote " software (through ios or android ) does not work anymore and i get the message:
"your set top box and mobile device should be connected to the same network...configure multicast routing to detect your set-top box"
1) from my pc (192.168.0.6) ping = ok (192.168.0.12 ) adresse mag322
2) from ssh access (putty) to 192.168.0.12 access ok mag 322

3 ) menu remote given name and numeric password but no access to the mag322
do i have to clear "all data" and re create all settings?
any help appreciated !

mag connected to the freebox by cpl (all iptv working )
my iphone 6 ios 12.3 works on wi fi on the same freebox
 
Hi mate you need to go into your mag box settings and set your remote control to on then name device mag322 then set password numbers only.
Should then add this information into your app to pair your box and app.
 
does any one use MagicRemote on ios ?
i found an info about when doing software upgrade you can loose that connectivity
 
hi mate i am not sure you have read (and understood my post ) i was not waiting for this info because i have been using Magiremote and aura hd remote but after some firmware upgrade i loose thoses function on ios and also on android -
i contact infomir support they said "its a known problem and we are working on " just to say politly "pass your way"
